Allison Clark

Allison is a well-respected experienced Licensed Conveyancer. Allison began her legal career in Scotland then moved to New Zealand before finally settling in Australia where she raised her family. Allison has over 45 years experience and was the first female Licensed Conveyancer in Campbelltown where she opened her first business in 1996. Allison graduated from Macquarie University in 1995.

Allison is a respected member of the Conveyancing Community and has trained and mentored a number of Conveyancers who have moved on to open their own doors successfully. Allison is well known and highly respected by agents and clients across Sydney and has developed a loyal client base.

George Gourlas

George knows Law.

He’ll be the one who meets you (in his casual wear).  Coming from a big firm background, it was him who decided Law could be done differently, and that’s what he’s been doing ever since.

He can advise on pretty much everything (Commercial Law, Property Law, Family Law), even where to get the best coffee (Bianco Nero if you’re asking).

He loves a pizza, doesn’t mind a coffee and has been doing this forever (but not in ancient way, of course).

Come and have a chat… he’s also very good at that.

Gillian Rendall

Gillian has been brought up in the Conveyancing world learning at the knee of her mother Allison Clark when younger.

Gillian completed her Bachelor of Science in 2002 whilst working part time in Allison’s Conveyancing office. In 2004 Gillian joined her mother Allison in the family business full time and went back to Macquarie University to obtain her Conveyancing qualifications.

Gillian has a passion for helping first home buyers negotiate the maze of first home purchase and is well known for taking the stress and confusion out of the process. Gillian has a can-do attitude and pro-active approach to all of her clients.

Gillian is also our off the plan expert and has been involved in many Shire new building projects.

Vicki Stokes

Vicki has worked in the legal industry for 25 years, focussing solely on Conveyancing for the past 12 years.

Vicki believes that the most important thing vendors or purchasers need to remember is to breathe! Don’t be rushed or pressured into any decision. Whether buying or selling, it can be an overwhelming process. As conveyancers, we strive to ease some of that stress!

Vicki loves witnessing our clients’ excitement when their property matter settles - saying it’s a privilege to be a part of that process.

Alana Tidmarsh-Kemp

Alana commenced employment at The Shire Conveyancer in 2012 as Director of First Impressions over the years she has worked hard in the office and studying at Macquarie University to obtain her degree and become a Licensed Conveyancer and Justice of the Peace.

Alana assists clients with all aspects of their sale and purchase transaction and is the office specialist with Revenue NSW. Alana has thoroughly studied all the possible grants and time frames from Revenue NSW in regards to the payments of stamp duty.

Allison and Alana have been deeply involved in the Woolooware Bay development and assisted hundred of clients, buy, sell and onsell apartments in the development. If you are thinking of buying in Woolooware Bay pick up the phone and the ladies would be happy to have a chat.
